Notes
The NVIDIA GeForce Go 7300 can use either the open source 'nv' driver or the proprietary 'nvidia' driver from NVIDIA. 3D support requires the usage of the proprietary driver. The wired networking on the Asus A6Jc is supported by the r1000 driver. Most Linux distributions don't have this driver so it will need to be installed manually. You can grab the driver from the Realtek website. However work has begun on the r8169 driver included in the kernel which should support this controller in version 2.6.19.

Summary
The Asus A6Jc has issues with its wired network controller but more up to date Linux distributions should take care of that issue.
