Fan in dell 1501

I've got problem with fan, which still is running even if ondemand governor is running. I'm loading fan module and there is nothing change in dmesg | tail. Moreover sensors-detect show sth like this:

what's mean?

I thought I silve this problem by using gkrellm and i8krellm plugin but it bugs:
i8krellm: error misiing proc file, see info tag.

I wonder what I should to do, couse must be a solution: in ubuntu it's running properly yet...!
