Introduction

This is a guide to running Linux with the Dell Latitude D810 laptop. In the Latitude D810, Dell has provided a notebook with higher end specifications. Also Linux work very well with the D810 making this laptop a good choice.

Notes

For the ATI Mobility Radeon x600 built into the D810 notebook you can run either the open source radeon or ATI's proprietary fglrx driver. 3D support requires the fglrx driver which you can view installation instructions for here.
