Notes

For the ATI graphics chip in the Amilo A1667G you may use either the open source radeon driver or ATI's proprietary fglrx driver. For configuration instructions you can view our Configuring an ATI graphics chip guide.

This Broadcom wireless controller in the A1667G does not have any native drivers available for Linux. This means you will need to use the ndiswrapper driver. For configuration nstructions you can view our Configuring the ndiswrapper driver guide. The windows driver to install can be found here.

Summary

Unfortunately, like many AMD based laptops, the Fujitsu Amilo A1667G includes a Broadcom wireless controller who do not provide any native drivers for Linux. Because of this configuring the wireless controller is tricky, especially for first time users.
