Introduction

This is a guide to running Linux with the Toshiba Portege M300 laptop, model PPM30A-05L001. The M300 works well with Linux, most of the hardware is working.

Notes

I didn't get a chance to test the modem in the M300, but it should work with the smartlink driver. If that doesn't work it will almost certainly work with the Linuxant driver.
