Having issues with the Elantech touchpad in ubuntu 10.10 where the middle click and right click (two fingers vs. three fingers respectively) is being switched during startup. One can run the script
synclient TapButton2=2
synclient TapButton3=3
two correct the problem, but only during the session. Bold Text

Everithing works on this machine. AMD provides driver for the video card (Radeon HD4570). Sound is great, but its not so scalable like on windows 7. Mobile Internet, ADSL and Wi-Fi works fine too.
So the main components:
Video card: Works
Optical drive: Works
Sound: Works (but not so scalable)
Ethernet: Works
Wireless: Works, not lagging
Card reader: Works
Webcam: Works
