I have successfully installed Linux Mint 7 Gnome & KDE editions on my Asus M51Vr Laptop and everything is working fine.
I mean:
Bluetooth WLAN LAN Video Card Sound
everything just works.
One issue is that the screen brightness that I cant find a way to adjust the settings. Linux Mint is a very user friendly Distro I recommend anyone new to linux like me to give it a got. It even plays youtube videos out of the box. super easy.
Hope this can help someone out there.
