Currently, Ubuntu 11.04 (Natty Narwhal) does not have support for the special keys on Amilo Pa3515. (See a bug report here: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/linux/+bug/296663 )
Wireless does not work at first, due to a problem with hard-blocking the wireless. To solve this, add the following lines to your /etc/rc.local

sudo rmmod -f ath5k
sudo rfkill unblock all
sudo modprobe ath5k
############################
Overall, the laptop works with minor issues. I would suggest attempting to use it if you already have a bit of hands-on experience with linux, and some tolerance for problems.
