There were no problems installing Linux on the Lifebook T4010.
Linux on the Fujitsu Lifebook T4010 works without any issues at all, even the tablet was detected and worked properly.
Discussion
No problems with Linux Mint 7 (XFCE).
There is some kind of workarround for the CardReader, did not manage to get it to work though… (not a very experienced linux-user)
