Discussion
I have pavilion dv5-1260eo with AMD Turion 64, RM-74 2.2 GHz, 4Gb ram 400Gb HD and ATI Radeon HD3650 512MB.
I installed Mandriva powerpack2008, and Sounds are not working and Wifi is not working,
quick-buttoms are not working,Remote controller isn't working.
any help?
I have pavilion dv5-1260eo with AMD Turion X2 RM-74 2.2 GHz, 4Gb ram 400Gb HD and ATI Radeon HD3650 512MB.
I installed Kubuntu jaunty and i dont have any major issues it.
Sounds are working nice after couple of lines to /etc/modprobe.d/alsa-base.conf
quick-buttoms are working for sound but not to shutdown wlan, also quick access buttoms color indicates that wlan is off and sound is unmuted no matter if they are or not.
Remote controller isn't working out-of-the-box either.
I havent tested firewire, esata or hdmi but i assume that they work.
Rest of issues example in installing fglrx-drivers i assume that they are either because of kubuntu or ati….
