It is certainly adequate and support should improve as the chips used become more commonly used. The only serious limitation as far as I am concerned is the wireless issue.

touch screen worked outta the first kernal install, no shix needed for Fedora 14. RHEL 6 was a bust though I'd say extxra 10 min of battery life but it aint shix on WIN 7 HPs drivers or what ever it was(ima bout that life)? like 3-4x better battery life RHEL6-Fedora14. Ima jump on suse, now cause I can't get register wit red hat and yum-bum IE aint workin.fukin repositoriesFIXME N/or hit me up cause I might got dat fix for ya in a minute.

Try PCLinuxOS or Mandriva 2010, both work out of the box for most of the hardware including wireless. TV card does not work if you have one.

i installed oracle enterprise linux 5.5. I was getting a kernel panic fatal exception. so i used the linux acpi=off noprobe. The installation went fine i rebooted. I got to the welcome page to comlete the setup. however neither the mouse or the keyboard is responding. The page kinf od freeze.

mine works with ubuntu 10.04 but it freez from time to time it might be the video card cause windows 7 always flicker saying the kernel just crash or something… but all are good including the wireless

Ubuntu works fine, but wireless does not work and I cannot get ndiswrapper to fix the problem.
