Mine came with a default windows install using up all 4 primary partitions, leaving no obvious way to create a dual boot system.
Also, mine doesn't have Bluetooth, and has a core solo, instead of duo.
Current status: I've been able to install Linux, and have a video-call using skype and using the built-in webcam and wifi.
VGA-out works too.
The MSI Wind12 U200 works with fairly well with Linux, no real problems to report.
Discussion
Installed Ubuntu 11.04 32bit with no particular problems. For integrated webcam, don't forget to turn on by the keyboard (FN + F6 keys). Wireless goes good, without additional driver required. Bluetooth DON'T WORK, but I'm not sure I've ever worked
