This is a guide to running Linux with the Samsung Q35 laptop, model Q35T001. Samsung with their Q35 have release a small and quite cheap laptop with some medium level interal components.
This guide is intended to provide you details on how well this laptop works with Linux and which modules you need to configure. For details on how to actually install and configure the required modules have a look at our guides section for distribution specific instructions.
The Samsung Q35 is quite a straight forward laptop to get working with Linux. The installation is easy and most of the hardware is detected and usable right away.

I can confirm that the improved Samsung Q35 (with Core2Duo processor) works very well on the default installation of Ubuntu 8.10 Intrepid Ibex, including Bluetooth.
