~ The internal mic works, but it has some distortion.
~ Things like Keyboard backlight, Light sensor and Fn keys will eventually work as people in http://code.google.com/p/vaio-f11-linux/ are working to bring these features to Linux.

~ Oddly bluetooth works as mentioned before, but I could not find it in lshw log.
Many things work out of the box in Ubuntu 11.04. Maybe in the future this laptop will became a Linux friendly notebook.

Currently i'm using RedHat linux 6 on my vaio vpceh but my mouse touchpad is not working .
Please suggest me to fix the problem. I'm doing all these by keyboard.
