For whatever reason Toshiba has released models with Core i3/i5/i7 processors with the same name, despite the fact that internally these are totally different. This guide covers the models with the Intel Core 2 processor.

There are several issues with the (Fn) controls. Nothing works except Numpad and volume control. FnFx and Toshutils are useless, as the Bios of the machine is not being developed by Toshiba.
