edit: I see that the other cpu options are listed lol., I just read the first line where it says quad core :P
I have an Acer Aspire 5552. running Linux Mint 10 x64. I sliced up the 640GB HDD and am dual booting (although I really have no use for the win7 install but you never know)
So far I can confirm just about everything works, webcam, wireless networking, gb ethernet, HDMI output, mic and head phones. I'm currently looking for a work around to get the gestures working for the track pad.
ps: I believe that these laptops are all triple core phenoms, I suppose they were optioned with quad cores but I havent found one.
