Discussion
I have the Acer Aspire v5-571-6467 purchased in 2012. I tested the system with Ubuntu 12.10. The system works very well. The only problem I have come across is that when my finger is touching the button on the track pad I cannot move the mouse. This happens because the mouse button is part of the track pad surface. The multi touch doesn't work as well. This has not been a majour problem for me. Also, the brightness control doesn't work. Outside of that all seems to work well.
