Ubuntu 12.04 - everything working right out of box with one issue (no brightness adjustment)
recommendable, if You don't need extern speakers (with ubuntu 12.04 speakers works fine)

Brightness control issue (FN+arrow doesn't work) to solve this problem add line: acpi_osi= in /boot/grub/grub.cfg
