Same as above. “Fix” for webcam is to go Cheese, and apply vertical flip effect. Magically, this fixes webcam in Empathy and many other apps. fglrx drivers work fine for me. Microphone issue is HUGE for me, since I cannot chat without it. Can someone fix it? I have noticed that Ubuntu has some awareness of the microphone the first time I connect it in a session.

Graphics Works fine with opensource drivers, with fglrx driver splash resolution breaks, otherwise operate normally
Sound Do not turn off speakers when headphones are connected. After removing pulseaudio connection of headphones disables the speakers normally. Microphone does not work at all.

image from webcam is flipped, tochscreen is recognized as logitech mouse, so you can't use qsynaptic, everything other is ok
