Debian 6.0.5 (Squeeze) with kernel Linux 3.2 from Squeeze-backports repository. All free and non-free firmwares installed.

Works fine but Bluetooth is not detected (is it present ?).

Installed elementary OS on it.
Kernel 4.2 ; all-in-all the installation went well ; there was a weird issue after the installation where the screen was blank and cursor was blinking repeatedly.
After reboot it all went fine.

The only issue so far is that the headphones jack won't switch from speakers to headphones.
I will mention that elementary OS comes packaged with ALSA, and switching to OSS seems to require more building that I'd like to do at this point.

Other than that, it looks pretty sexy (given the fact that elementary OS looks like it tries to be a Mac OS X look-a-like).

On my asus x54h didn't work wireless and lan connections. Can you help me configure they?
