After long time googling (About 2 years I guess) ..

Now Fedora work well on my Dell N4110, I just Switch Off ATI graphic at startup process and using powertop also ..

My Test is only with Fedora 20 (32Bit), im not planning switch to 64bit platform yet ..

Temperatur heat is going down now .. from 87* to 65*

I used Dell Inspiron N4110, and it works okay with Ubuntu 12.04, since we remember to install the fglrx driver, so we would not have issue with graphics and temp. heat

Ramadhian Moestafa, 2014/01/11 22:08

my Dell Inspiron n4110 seems like never like linux very much,

my current distro is Fedora 20 64 Bit still have the same problem ..

Temp Overheat … I believe it is still the same Issue of “Switchable Graphic Card Intel+AMD” … Somesaid .. Ubuntu work charm in Dell n4110 but I dont have lucky experience .. Overheat problem still exist ,,

It works amazingly well. Since I also have AMD graphics card, with catalyst it used to have some problems (mainly installation problems). Since linux 3.11, that too has started to work out of the box, without needing to download anything else.

worked more or less flawlessly with LMDE, but debian 6.~ had some kernel issue such that it wouldn't boot on this laptop. debian 7.~ works great, although my wifi doesn't currently work (because the firmware for it isn't free software, so i have to go download and enable it manually, which i am about to do)

Hello! I have some question want to ask that. My computer is N4110 corI5 before I used it with windows 7 right now if I change to use Ubuntu what happened with my drivers it can support at all or not?
If can support at all it OK.
If can't support at all what can I do with this? Please help…?

Ubuntu don't recognise Intel® Centrino® Wireless-N + WiMAX 6150 (1×2 bgn + WiMax). :( I still trying to make work this device.
