Keyboard and mouse do not work with CentOS 7. Even during install, as soon as I got to the GUI, they input devices stopped working and I had to grab USB input devices. I thought this might be GUI related, but I didn't install a GUI on the system. Keyboard works fine before OS fully loads (I can do a ctl-alt-del to reboot while system is loading, but doesn't work after the login prompt appears.

Maybe I should try to figure this out, but it's easier to grab one of the other distros, so I'm punting.

Running AV Linux 6.1 (Debian Squeeze based). So far, only problems are

1. Hibernate doesn't work

2. microphone input on combination audio jack doesn't work (Internal microphone works)

works great with mint and Ubuntu, but getting random lock ups (even reisub doesn't work). I suspect USB hang up and keyboard and mouse USB (haven't tried using an external mouse). might be caused by graphics…..

I have a problem with starting Knoppix 6.7.1 with CD. When booting it displays:

The graphical subsystem could not be started
or terminated unexpectedly.
Maybe your graphics adapter or monitor are not auto-configurable.

Please try to reboot and give some of the Knoppix-Cheatcodes
at the initial boot:-prompt, which match your graphics adapter.
knoppix xmodule=radeon (or ati, nv, cirrus, …)
knoppix xmodule=fbdev
knoppix xmodule=vesa
knoppix hsync=90 vsync=75

Do you know any solution for that?

Many thanks in advance!
Kind regards,

WIFI not works with XUBUNTU 8.04 and KNOPPIX 5.1.1. But, there is no problem with BACKTRACK 5.
