The Dell Latitude E6420 ATG works very well with Linux.
Discussion
Works very well (running Mint 14)
Screen really bright - works outside in very bright conditions
Everything seems to work out the box under linux. All special keys work, WLAN enable/disable all working
Two things missing on my laptop - no webcam, no bluetooth.
Battery life is good - I have a 9 cell battery in the back. (Sticks out the back a bit) and another battery where the DVD could fit. (I rarely need CD/DVD these days). Give 10+ hours battery life.
Heavy - ~8KGs!
Best laptop I have used with Linux. Performance good.
