I simply booted a Ubuntu 12.04 desktop live USB drive and was surprised to find most devices worked. I edited this page on my E6402 XFR with Live Ubuntu 12.04. I will try to find drivers for the touch screen and the DW5800 LTE/4G modem.

Discussion
With 12.10 most devices work out of the box, only the touchscreen is not functional as stated above. The 3G/HSDPA modem works perfectly out of the box.
If anyone finds drivers for the touch screen or the WWAN DW5800 LTE/4G modem please email me.
