OpenSuse 11.2 is installing the driver for my wirelees adapter (atheros) but i'm still trying to find a way to enable it… (without the Fn+ key combination which needs windows for Keyboard enabling..)
I used ntfsresize and fdisk from the RescueCD to shrink the NTFS partition, no problems. The laptop wouldn't complete booting from the Fedora 12 Install DVD, but the Fedora 12 Netinstall CD worked. Wireless worked out of the box. Graphics DRI worked only after installing the “mesa-dri-drivers-experimental” package, and glxgears are still disappointingly low, about 450-500 FPS.
