Have tested Ubuntu 9.04, 9.10, 10.04, OpenSUSE 12 and Fedora, all installed without problems but Ubuntu 9.04, 9.10 and Fedora had issues with sound(no sound from speakers), sounds work beautifully in both Ubuntu 10.04 and OpenSUSE 12.
There is a fix for the sound issue in both Ubuntu 9.04 and 9.10 and Fedora, no need to reinstall Alsa driver.
For Ubuntu 9.04 and 9.10 go to: http://swiss.ubuntuforums.org/showpost.php?p=8244017&postcount=6
For Fedora go to: http://forums.fedoraforum.org/showthread.php?t=228282
I've yet to find a Distro that makes recording from Webcam(with sound) a flawless experience(sync issues).
Turning on speakers have been an issue which took some heavy duty testing before I got it fixed(look in notes above for fixes), and also, wireless didn't work at all or wasn't too stable in Ubuntu 9.04 and 9.10 but it was easily fixed with the linux backports kernel which you can download through Synaptic if connected to the Internet via cable.
