Fedora 20 is the only distro I found that can be installed on this machine and it can boot without any post-configuration (at least with my current bios configuration I think). Just make sure to create a partition mounted in /boot/efi. It has some issues with the screen brightness configuration but everything else I have tested it's working good.

The biggest issue I found with this laptop was the battery life. It originally came with Windows 7, and the battery would last at least 4 hours. I installed Kubuntu 12.10 (and upgraded to 13.04), and had a battery life of about 45 minutes. The battery was fully charged, I unplugged, and it would go from 100% to 93%, then instantly down to 6% battery, and start alerting to plug in the charger.
