Discussion

23.02.2015 ThinkPadL540 with Intel i5-5420M, FullHD Display 1920×1080, Intel HD 4600, 8GB PC3-12800, 1TB WD10JPVX-08JC3 AC, Intel Dualband wireless 7260AC +Bluetooth 4.0. I have also the Ultra Dock (170W)

I Installed a 128DB AdataPremierPro SP900 M.2 2242 SSD Card and installed on this KUbuntu (sdb) . It works fine with a additional and a 1TB WD10JPVX Harddrive as sda (no windows installed).
Until now, I did not install the package UBUNTU_THINKPAD_EXTRA_PPA from thinkwiki.de, should I?

The brightnesss buttons work with bigger steps than under windows7 and there is no window to show actual brightness. WLAN works, also USB

I will report if I find any more

Friendly greetings from germany
