Confirmed that it works well under the latest Fedora (although battery life is downright dreadful).

Correction: Xubuntu 16.04* (Xenial Xerus). Basically just Ubuntu with xfce instead of (the horrendous) unity. GL guys.

Wifi worked ootb on Xubuntu 16.01 for me (MSI GS70 stealth). Doesn't work on literally any other distribution I've tried (kali, ubuntu 14-15). Not sure if the GPU is working correctly (lspci saying integrated graphics for VGA, but is listing the 970m for 3d controller -maybe bumblebee will work?).

Hey guys, for those of you having issues you should know that the killer E2200 chip set is supported in Linux 3.10+…either upgrade your kernel or switch to arch Linux.

I have a GS70-2QD Stealth. I also cannot get the wifi adaptor (Atheros Killer doubleshot) to work with Ubuntu 14.0.4. I've been trying to get it working for a few days now. Help would be great.

I am facing the same problem. Wifi adaptor (killer double shot) in my stealth pro doesn't work in Fedora 21. Any solution will be greatly appreciated.

For those rating it excellent: any idea on how to make the wifi adapter work? I cannot for the life of me make it work with Ubuntu 14.0.4. Late 2014 MSI GS70 with atheros killer doubleshot. Any help is greatly appreciated
