The notebook works well with Fedora 12; only the wireless was not recognized and I didn't manage to configure the wireless card. With driver from Realtek also the wireless works.

I installed Fedora 12 on the Tosiba Pro L450-17L. Beside the Wireless card (which is not recognized
all components were recognized. I didn't tested the Card reader and the webcam.
The wireless works with the linux-driver from Realtek (RTL8191SE-VA2):
