The NVIDIA Quadro NVS 2100M has not been tested yet, however judging by previous experience this should work fine with the latest NVIDIA prorpietary drivers.
The Intel GMA HD controller is quite new and not supported by most Linux distributions at the moment. If you are using Ubuntu 9.10 you can following this guide for getting the graphics working.
Some installation work may be required to get the Toshiba Tecra A11 working depending on your Linux distributions. Upcoming releases such as Ubuntu 10.04 and OpenSUSE 11.3 should solve this issue.
